Kiddio is jointly initiated by Credit One World Charity Foundation and Social Ventures Hong Kong(SVhk).
4 years ago, SVhk launched the "Cradle to Classroom” in Sham Shui Po, creating a low threshold, free space “Clubhouse” for children and their parents to relax. From there we understand more the real needs of the families for designing the most suitable child development programmes, so far 300+ families have joined as our members!
Credit One World Charity Foundation has always been committed to support the underprivileged children communities, and they hope to take one step forward to participate in more front-line work by serving families in To Kwa Wan and Hung Hom Therefore the Hung Hom version of Clubhouse “Kiddio” is born! To cater the EMs and subdivided house in the district, Kiddio specially designed a series of tutorial and Chinese classes, plus opens the clubhouse on weekdays for parents to chill a bit.
We hope the model of “Clubhouse” can continue to develop, and it would be great to “Have a Clubhouse in Every District", so that parents and children can easily find a warm, caring and supportive space in their own community!
